2. Information this website may process
- Technical and security information: IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps and security signals needed to deliver and protect the website.
- Enquiry information: details you choose to provide when you follow a link to book a call or contact PlotWeaver, such as your name, work email, organisation and project requirements.
- Partner application information: your professional contact details, organisation, selected partnership route, market and language coverage, relevant customer groups, relationship level, expected introduction volume, compliance confirmations and optional marketing preference.
- Anonymous opportunity context: if you indicate an active opportunity, its general solution, customer category, market and expected decision timing. The form asks you not to identify the customer or disclose confidential information.
The partner application does not request bank details, tax records, identity documents, customer names or file uploads. Please do not submit personal data about another person, confidential material or information covered by a non-disclosure agreement.

5. Who receives information

6. International transfers and retention
Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, PlotWeaver uses an approved transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, to maintain security, to follow up a business relationship, or to meet legal and accounting requirements.
Unsuccessful or withdrawn partner applications are normally reviewed for deletion within 12 months. If an applicant becomes a partner, relevant application and relationship records may be kept for the relationship and any later period required for legal, contractual or accounting purposes.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information; object to certain processing; and receive portable data. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis used. Contact legal@plotweaver.com to make a request.
You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first.

We review this notice when the website, our providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top shows the latest published version.
